§ 1103.03. Tapping mains.

No person other than the properly authorized employees of the Division of Water acting under the direction of the Director of Public Utilities or a person or firm authorized by the Director of Public Utilities shall be permitted to tap or make any connections with the main or distributing pipes of the Division of Water.
