§ 1107.04. Transfer of funds.

The fund, mentioned in C.C. 1107.02 and 1107.03, or any part thereof, shall always be subject to retransfer to the fund from which received, on written order of the Director of Public Utilities for the purpose of final adjustment of the depositor's account.
