§ 1139.07. Pipes passing under other pipes.

At all points where service laterals or other drainage pipes pass under another sewer or drainage pipe, the sewer or pipe passed under must be properly supported. Extra precautions must be taken in the backfilling and tamping of the trench in order to avoid any danger of a break, settlement or crack in the sewer passed under.
