§ 1143.09. Paving to become city property.

Latest version.

Upon completion of the work in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, and to the satisfaction of the director of public service and/or their designee, the pavements or repaving shall become the property of the city at no cost to the city and without encumbrances of any nature.
