§ 1143.99. Penalty.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00), or imprisoned not more than ten (10) days, or both. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
