§ 1160.05. Revocation of Authorizations and Licenses.

In case any person (including employees) has or is violating any of the provisions of this Article Five or any of the prescribed rules and regulations of the department of public utilities, such person shall have the registration as an electrical contractor or electrician revoked by the board or officer issuing such authorization or license, and such person or licensee, in addition thereto, shall be subject to C.C. 1160.99.
