The developer shall furnish and pay the entire cost and expense of installing, complete,
in place a street lighting system including but not limited to control sights, excavations,
trenching, installation of conduit, foundations, anchor bolts, standards, cable, luminaries
and lamps. The Division of Power shall provide inspection services.
