§ 1305.06. Pushcarts prohibited.

A person engaged in the business of collecting, hauling, or transporting through the streets or public ways of the city any acceptable or unacceptable waste shall not transport or haul such acceptable or unacceptable waste through the streets and public ways of the city with a pushcart propelled by man power.
