§ 1501.04. Annual appraisal of rental values.

Annually, on the first day of December, or within ten (10) days thereafter, the director of public service shall cause the rental value of all stalls and stands to be appraised, and shall at once report such appraisement to the city auditor. On or before February first of each year the director of public service shall report to the city auditor the numbers of the several stalls and stands then occupied, the name of the occupant thereof, and the amount of rent to be paid monthly therefor, and any changes therein during the year shall be at once reported to the city auditor.
