§ 1505.11. Lease or permit cancellation.

The violation of any provision of this chapter or of any of the rules and regulations promulgated by the director of public service as provided for in this chapter shall be good cause for cancelling any lease or permit for the use of any lot in the producer's market at the option of the director of public service.
