§ 1507.11. Purchases prior to opening hours.

No person shall sell, or cause to be sold, or engage or cause to be engaged, or take into possession, or permit himself to be put into possession of any article of provisions or other articles to be sold at any market place within the City limits before the hours of opening the markets.
