§ 1507.14. Buying for resale.

No person shall, during market hours, sell or purchase, directly or indirectly, any article of provision or other articles for the purpose of reselling the same, or shall, directly or indirectly, sell or offer for sale, any of the provisions or other articles aforesaid, at such markets, which such person may have purchased and forestalled at any place whatever while on the way to or designed for the markets.
