§ 1507.18. Slaughtering or dressing of animals and fowl.

No person shall slaughter or dress any animal or fowl within the market spaces, or throw or deposit any animal or vegetable matter, bones, offal, filth, rubbish or any other offensive or dirty matter or any kind of obstruction therein.
