§ 1507.20. Shouting prohibited.

No person at any market stall, stand or bench within the City market houses or streets or sidewalks shall be permitted to solicit trade by outcry, or by hawking in a loud or boisterous manner of any goods, or inviting attention to the goods or articles for sale, in a louder voice than would be used in ordinary conversation in transacting any business in or about the places herein named.
