The City Auditor is authorized and directed to establish a special fund, which shall
be designated "The Heartmobile Maintenance and Improvement Trust Fund." All contributions,
donations, and gifts concerning the Heartmobile Program shall be deposited in the
Fund. Expenditures from this Fund shall only be made for the purpose of maintaining
and purchasing new Heartmobile vehicles and equipment and for the training of personnel
to operate such vehicles and equipment. This shall be a continuing Fund, no unexpended
balance or part thereof shall, at any time, lapse into, be transferred to, or become
a part of any other fund of the City. All expenditures shall be made from the Heartmobile
Maintenance and Improvement Trust Fund by appropriations or authorizations made by
Council.
