§ 1941.03. Transfer of personnel.

In organizing the division of communications and maintaining said division thereafter, the Director of Public Safety shall have the power to detail members from the division of fire who are technically qualified to assume positions in the division of communications, and any such transfer shall not prejudice the rights of a member of the division of fire for pension. The time during which a member so transferred from the division of fire actually serves in the division of communications, for pension purposes, shall be included the same as though such member had not been transferred and had remained in the division of fire.
