§ 103.02. First Ward.

The boundaries of the First Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at South High Street and East Gates Street, east on centerline of Gates to Jaeger Street, south on centerline of Jaeger Street to Hanford Street, east on centerline of Hanford Street to Eighteenth Street, south on centerline of Eighteenth to Markison Avenue, west on centerline of Markison to Ann Street, south on centerline of Ann to Innis Avenue, west on centerline of Innis and its extension to the Penn Central Railroad right-of-way, north along the Penn Central Railroad right-of-way to Greenlawn Avenue, east on centerline of Greenlawn to High Street, south on centerline of High to beginning.
