§ 103.03. Second Ward.

The boundaries of the Second Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at Columbus Street and Eighteenth Street, south on centerline of Eighteenth Street to Hanford Street, west on centerline of Hanford to Jaeger Street, north on centerline of Jaeger to Gates Street, west on centerline of Gates to High Street, north on centerline of High to Greenlawn Avenue, west on centerline of Greenlawn to the Scioto River, north along the centerline of the Scioto River to Mound Street, east on centerline of Mound Street to the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad right-of-way, south along the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad right-of-way to a point representing an air line extension of West Sycamore Street, east on centerline of West Sycamore to Parsons Avenue, south on centerline of Parsons Avenue to Forest Street, east on centerline of Forest to Ann Street, south on centerline of Ann to Columbus Street, east on centerline of Columbus to beginning.
