§ 103.34. Thirty-Third Ward.

The boundaries of the Thirty-Third Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at West Goodale Boulevard and the Olentangy River, west on the centerline of Goodale Boulevard to the Columbus-Grandview corporation line, north on said corporation line to a point just south of Third Avenue where the corporation line turns west, west on said line to Fairview Avenue, north on the centerline of Fairview Avenue to Third Avenue, west along the west right of way of Third Avenue to North Star Avenue, south on the centerline of North Star Avenue to a point where the corporation line turns west, west on said corporation line to a point where the corporation line turns north, then north, crossing Third Avenue to a point bounded by Westwood Avenue to the east and Third Avenue to the south, then west, crossing Glenn Avenue, to a point bounded by Wyandotte Road on the west and Third Avenue to the south, north to Fifth Avenue, west on the centerline of Fifth Avenue to a point east of Lincoln Road where the corporation line turns north, north on said line, crossing King Avenue to a point where the corporation line turns east, east on said line, crossing North Star, to a point on the east right of way of North Star, north along said right of way, crossing Northwest Boulevard and Presidential Drive to a point just south of Kinnear Road, then east, south, east, south to Steelwood Road east along Steelwood Road to Kenny Road, south along Kenny Road to a point where the Columbus corporation line meets the Clinton Township boundary line, west and south along said corporation-boundary line to Chambers Road, west along Chambers Road to a point where said line turns south, then south, crossing Chambers Road and Chesapeake Avenue to a point north of King Avenue where corporation-boundary line turns east, east, crossing Virginia Avenue and Kenny Road to the east right-of-way line of Kenny Road, north along said right-of-way line to the north right-of-way line of Concord Avenue, east along Concord Avenue, leaving and returning to Concord Avenue and finally leaving Concord Avenue to Chambers Road, east along Chambers Road, then south, leaving Chambers Road, to McMillen Avenue, east along McMillen Avenue and an air line extension then leaving said air line to return to Chambers Road, east on the centerline of Chambers Road to the Olentangy River Road, south on the centerline of the Olentangy River Road to a point being on the air line extension of McMillen Avenue, then east on said air line to the Olentangy River, south on the centerline of the Olentangy River to King Avenue, east on the centerline of King Avenue to Neil Avenue, south on the centerline of Neil Avenue to Fourth Avenue, west on the centerline of Fourth Avenue to Harrison Avenue, south on the centerline of Harrison Avenue to Second Avenue, west on the centerline of Second Avenue to the Olentangy River, south on the centerline of the Olentangy River to the place of beginning, and shall also include that territory annexed to the city of Columbus by Ordinance No. 1952-82, passed October 18, 1982.
