§ 103.37. Thirty-Sixth Ward.

The boundaries of the Thirty-Sixth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Sullivant Avenue and Wedgewood Drive, then south along the centerline of Wedgewood Drive to its intersection with Eakin Road, then west along the centerline of Eakin Road to its intersection with Maureen Drive, then south along the centerline of Maureen Drive to its intersection with Briggs Road, then southeast along the centerline of Briggs Road to its intersection with Kingsford Road, which is also a point along the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then south, then east along said corporation-township boundary line to its intersection with Demorest Road, then south along the centerline of Demorest Road to its intersection with the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then south, then west along said corporation-township boundary to Southwestern Road, then north along the centerline of Southwestern Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then west, then south, then west along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Demorest Road, which is a point along the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then southwest, then south, then north along said boundary line to Demorest Road, which is a point along the Columbus Corporation-Franklin Township boundary line, then southwest along said corporation boundary to north of Alkire Road, which is a point along the Columbus Corporation-Jackson Township-Franklin Township boundary line, then northwest, then west along said boundary to its intersection with I-270, excluding certain noncontiguous, unincorporated portions of Franklin Township contained herein, then northwest, then north along the centerline of I-270 to its intersection with the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then northeast along said railroad right of way to its intersection with Georgesville Road, then south along the centerline of Georgesville Road to its intersection with Atlanta Drive, then east, then northeast along the centerline of Atlanta Drive to its intersection with Sullivant Avenue, then east along the centerline of Sullivant Avenue to the point of the beginning. The preceding description extends into Franklin and Jackson Townships but includes only that area within the Columbus Corporation boundary.
