§ 103.40. Thirty-Ninth Ward.

The boundaries of the Thirty-Ninth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Eleventh Avenue and Neil Avenue, west on an air line extension of Eleventh Avenue to a point on the west bank of Olentangy River, then northeast following the west bank of the Olentangy River to Lane Avenue, east on the centerline of Lane Avenue to the Olentangy River, then northeast on the centerline of the Olentangy River to a point just south of an air line extension of Tulane Road, then northeast and east to North High Street, southeast on the centerline of North High Street to Lane Avenue, west on the centerline of Lane Avenue to Tuttle Park Place, south on the centerline of Tuttle Park Place to Woodruff Avenue, east on the centerline of Woodruff Avenue to Neil Avenue, south on the centerline of Neil Avenue to the place of beginning.
