§ 103.47. Forty-Sixth Ward.

The boundaries of the Forty-Sixth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of East Broad Street and Big Walnut Creek, following Big Walnut Creek north on the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to the B & O Railroad right of way, west along said right of way to North Hamilton Road, north of the centerline of North Hamilton Road to Big Walnut Creek, east on the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to the west right of way of I-270, the same also being the Columbus-Gahanna corporation line, continuing along said corporation line and west right of way of 1-270 to the B & O Railroad right of way, east along said right of way to a point being on the Columbus corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then following said corporation-boundary line south, east, south along Taylor Station Road, east, north, returning to the New York Central Railroad right of way, then northeast along said right of way, the same also being the Columbus-Gahanna corporation line to a point where said corporation line leaves the right of way, continuing along said corporation line east and south to the west right of way of New Albany Road, southwest along said right of way to a point where said corporation line turns east, east along said corporation line to Blacklick Creek, then continuing south on centerline of Blacklick Creek to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then east, then north, then east, then north, then west, then north, then west, then north to Wengert Road, then east along the centerline of Wengert Road to Waggoner Road, then north along the centerline of Waggoner Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then west, then north, then east along said boundary line past an unnamed watershed ditch to Waggoner Road, then north along the centerline of Waggoner Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then east, then south along said corporation-township boundary to Kennedy Road, then east along the centerline of Kennedy Road to the Franklin-Licking county line, then south along said county line to the Columbus and Ohio River Railroad right of way, then west, then south, then east along said right of way to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Jefferson Township boundary line, then south along said boundary to East Broad Street, then west along the centerline of East Broad Street to the point of the beginning, excluding the unincorporated portions of Jefferson Township contiguous to East Broad Street and contained herein.
