§ 103.61. Sixtieth Ward.

  • The boundaries of the Sixtieth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of West Case Road and Sawmill Road, thence north on centerline of Sawmill Road to a point that would be the Columbus-Dublin Corporation line, thence following said corporation north along west side of Sawmill Road, and crossing Sawmill Road at Farmers Drive, then north on the east right of way of Sawmill Road to I-270, then east along the centerline of I-270 to the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad, then south on the east right of way of said railroad to the north right of way of Snouffer Road also being the Perry Township-Columbus Corporation, then west, south, north and south on an irregular path to Dublin-Granville Road, continuing east on the Columbus Corporation-Perry boundary line, south, north, east crossing the C & O Railroad, and south to Godown Road, thence east, north, south and east following the south line of Columbus-Worthington Corporation line in an irregular path crossing Olentangy River Road to the Olentangy River, thence following said river and the Columbus Corporation south to a point where it becomes the Columbus Corporation line and both the Sharon-Perry boundary line, thence on an irregular path on said line west, north, west and crossing the C & O Railroad, continuing south to a point that would be the extension of West Case Road, thence west on extension of air line of West Case Road to the centerline crossing Godown Road and continuing west to the Columbus-Perry Township line, thence following said line south, west and north to the centerline of West Case Road, then continuing west to the point of beginning, and shall also include that territory annexed to the city of Columbus by Ordinance No. 866-85, passed on May 13, 1985, Ordinance No. 269-87, passed on March 9, 1987, Ordinance No. 1949-87, passed on September 21, 1987, Ordinance No. 654-88, passed on April 4, 1988, Ordinance No. 1875-88, Ordinance No. 643-89, passed on March 27, 1989, and Ordinance No. 848-89, passed on April 17, 1989.
