§ 103.84. Eighty-Third Ward.

  • The boundaries of the Eighty-Third Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at I-270 and Morse Road, then west along the centerline of Morse Road to Alum Creek (stream) and the Columbus Corporation line, following said stream and corporation line south to a point south of Agler Road, which is the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then east along said boundary line to Sunbury Road, then south along the centerline of Sunbury Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Mifflin Township boundary line, then east, then south, then east past Cassady Avenue along said boundary line, then south along the centerline of Cassady Avenue to the intersection of Cassady Avenue and I-670, then northeast along an irregular path that is I-670 to Stelzer Road, then along the centerline of Stelzer Road, excluding certain unincorporated islands west of Stelzer Road, then north along Stelzer Road to a point that is the Columbus-Gahanna Corporation boundary, then east along said boundary to I-270, then north along I-270 to a point north of Codet Road that is the Columbus-Gahanna Corporation boundary, then east, then north along said boundary to a point that is the Columbus-Gahanna Corporation boundary, then east along said boundary to Big Walnut Creek, then north along the centerline of Big Walnut Creek to Morse Road, then west along the centerline of Morse Road to the place of the beginning, including certain contiguous parcels west of Sunbury Road. The above description extends into Mifflin Township but includes only that area within the Columbus Corporation.
