§ 103.86. Eighty-Fifth Ward.

  • The boundaries of the Eighty-Fifth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the intersection of Refugee Road and Big Walnut Creek, then south along said creek to Hamilton Road, then south on the centerline of Hamilton Road to the Columbus corporation-Madison Township boundary line, then following said corporation boundary line on an irregular path west across Route 270, north, west, south to Winchester Pike, northwest along Winchester Pike to Schwartz Road, south on the centerline of Schwartz Road to U.S. Route 33, southeast along U.S. Route 33 to Route 270, northeast along Route 270 to Winchester Pike, continuing on said corporation boundary line southeast along Winchester Pike to a point east of Noe Bixby Road, then south, then east, then south along the Columbus Corporation-Madison Township boundary line to Blacklick Creek, then south, then east along the centerline of said creek to Ebright Road, then south along the centerline of Ebright Road to the Columbus Corporation-Madison Township boundary line, then west along said boundary to the Columbus-Groveport Village boundary line, then east, then northeast along said boundary to Hamilton Road, then south along the centerline of Hamilton Road to its intersection of Williams Road, then west along Williams Road, the same being the Columbus-Groveport corporation line, to a point being near 4005 Williams Road, then south and west to Big Walnut Creek, south along Big Walnut Creek to the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad right of way, west along said right of way and corporation line to a point on said corporation line near Alum Creek Drive, north on said line along Alum Creek Drive to a point near Alum Creek Drive and Williams Road, then easterly, northerly (crossing Williams Road), and westerly (along Williams Road) to Alum Creek (stream), then northerly on the centerline of Alum Creek to a point north of Watkins Road, then leaving Alum Creek and following the ward boundary line north to a point on the centerline of Alum Creek in the vicinity of Lake Park Drive to the east and Wessex Court to the south, then following the centerline of Alum Creek to Refugee Road, then east along the centerline of Refugee Road to the place of the beginning.
