§ 105.01. Eastern Standard Time adopted.

Eastern Standard Time is adopted as the criterion and standard of time in the city. Every clock or timepiece maintained at the city's expense or upon any public buildings belonging to the city shall be set and run according to the standard of time by the person in charge thereof.
