§ 111.13. Motions—When debatable.

  • Any member of council making a motion or a second shall address the president. When a motion is made and seconded, it shall be stated by the president before any debate shall be in order. Every such motion and any amendments thereto may be withdrawn by the movers thereof at any time before decision, if a majority of the members of council then present shall agree thereto.
