§ 115.03. Legal publication; files of City Bulletin.

The city clerk shall see that all ordinances, resolutions, notices and other matters requiring publication are properly and correctly published, as provided by the Charter of the city, and shall preserve and have bound from time to time regular files of the City Bulletin containing the advertisements of the city.
