§ 117.06. Municipal advertisement and fees.

Latest version.
  • The city clerk may solicit and place bid advertisements from municipalities outside the city within Franklin County for placement in the City Bulletin. Such advertisements shall not be in conflict with Section 145 of the City Charter. The fee shall be determined by the city clerk but shall be for no more than the marginal cost of placing the advertisement. Such fee shall be reviewed periodically to determine whether upward or downward adjustment is appropriate.

    (Ord. 1605-89.)

Article V. Administrative Offices and Agencies

Editor's Note: Due to the fact that personnel of city departments, divisions, commissions, boards and offices are changing constantly, the ordinances establishing the personnel of such agencies are not included in the Columbus City Codes.

For law relating to employment provisions and civil service, see Article VII of this title.

Provisions establishing and relating to certain city agencies have been arranged with the law administered by the particular agency, rather than located in this Administrative Code. For example, see Chapter 301 of the Finance and Taxation Code for "department of finance; director of finance"; see Title Nineteen - Police and Fire Divisions Code for law on the police and fire divisions; and see Chapter 3101 of the Planning and Platting Code for "city planning commission".
