§ 121.02. Regulations to be passed at public meetings.

No resolution, rule, regulation or formal action of any kind shall be adopted at any executive session by such agencies, enumerated in C.C. 121.01. Any resolution, rule, regulation or formal action shall be passed in meetings open to the public.
