§ 141.06. Method of sale and purchase.

Sales and purchases provided for in C.C. 141.05 may be made in quantities as needed and paid for on requisition out of regular funds appropriated therefor, or by agreement for the season to be delivered and paid for as and when needed. Such sales and purchases for a single transaction for more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall only be made after an authorization of council and an appropriation of the funds therefor.
