There is created a city legislative liaison committee. The committee shall be a continuing
body composed of the mayor, city attorney, city auditor, director of public service,
city planning director, health commissioner, city treasurer, city clerk, and two (2)
members of city council which members shall be appointed by the president of council.
The chairman of the committee shall be one (1) of the members from council and shall
be so designated by the president of council.
