§ 169.01. Establishment of board.

That there be and hereby is established a board of industrial relations composed of the director of public service or his designee, the director of public safety or his designee, the director of administrative services or his designee, and the city health commissioner or his designee. The director of administrative services or his designee shall serve as chairman and shall not vote on the appeal of any denial of injury leave. All members of the board shall serve without additional compensation.
