§ 2101.05. Bus.

"Bus" means every motor vehicle designed for carrying more than nine (9) passengers and used for the transportation of persons other than in a ridesharing arrangement, and every motor vehicle, automobile for hire, or funeral car, other than a taxicab or motor vehicle used in ridesharing arrangement, designed and used for the transportation of persons for compensation.
