§ 2101.455. Traffic control island.

"Traffic control island" means any area designated by paint, raised bars, mushroom buttons, curbs, guide posts, pavement edge or other devices, between traffic lanes or roadways within the public right-of-way of a street or highway, to control vehicular movements or to provide pedestrian refuge.
