§ 2139.36. Commercial vehicle in unauthorized area.

(a)

No person shall operate a commercial ground transportation vehicle as defined in Section 1713.0111(G) for the purpose of picking up and loading persons, baggage or freight items in an area at Port Columbus International Airport which is not designated as a commercial vehicle area.

(b)

Whoever violates this section shall be punished as provided in division (d) of Section 2139.99.
