§ 2141.03. Driving under a repeat offender points suspension.

  • (a)

    No person whose driver's or commercial driver's license or permit or nonresident operating privileges are suspended as a repeat traffic offender under Section 4510.037 of the Ohio Revised Code shall operate any motor vehicle upon any street or highway during the period of the suspension.

    (b)

    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, and the court shall sentence the offender to a minimum term of three (3) days in jail. No court shall suspend the first three (3) days of jail time imposed pursuant to this division.
