§ 2151.12. Obstructing garage entrances or driveways.

(a)

No person shall park or stand any vehicle on any street in such a manner as to interfere with the free ingress and egress to any public or private garage or driveway.

(b)

A violation of this section constitutes the commission of a parking infraction to be handled pursuant to and governed by the provisions of Chapter 2150.
