§ 2317.031. Express agreement not required.

For the purposes of prosecuting violations of Section 2317.03 of the Columbus City Code, the city is not required to allege or prove that the offender expressly agreed with four (4) or more others to commit any act that constitutes a violation the section prior to or while committing those acts.
