§ 2317.48. Soliciting business for bondsmen.

(A)

No person, with purpose to solicit business for bail bondsmen, shall loiter in or around any court or public place.

(B)

Whoever violates this section is guilty of soliciting business for bondsmen, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
