§ 2329.04. Unlawful spitting.

(A)

No person shall spit, excrete or expectorate saliva or sputum upon any sidewalk, or in any church, theater or public hall.

(B)

Whoever violates this section is guilty of unlawfully spitting, a minor misdemeanor.

(C)

Strict liability is intended to be imposed for a violation of this section.
