The use permit, after it has been issued, shall not be construed to compel or require
the issuance of a building permit, unless the application or such building permit
has been found by the building inspector to comply with the Building Code, nor shall
a use permit prevent the building inspector from revoking the building permit for
such use, issuing notices to stop work, or issuing any other orders to require compliance
with the Building Code and any other ordinances, rules and regulations of the city.
Furthermore, such use permit, after it has been issued, shall not be construed to
interfere with the actions of any other officer of the city, in enforcing the laws,
ordinances, rules and regulations of the city.
