§ 3365.32. Odor.

The emission of odorous matter in such quantity as to be offensive at a point along any lot lines shall not be permitted in the M-1 manufacturing district. In determining such quantities of offensive odors, Table III (Odor Thresholds) in Chapter 5 of the "Air Pollution Abatement Manual" (copyright 1951 by Manufacturing Chemists' Association, Inc., Washington, D.C.) shall be used as a guide.
