§ 3367.25. Dust and other particulate matter.

In a M-2 manufacturing district, the emission of dust, fly ash and other solid particulate matter shall not exceed 0.85 pounds per 1,000 pounds of flue gas, measured at a convenient point in the stack and under conditions not exceeding 50 percent of excess air. The amount of solids in such gases shall be determined according to the test code for dust-separating apparatus of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers revised and amended to date.
