§ 3374.03. Special permit uses.

With a UCRPD, no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected which is arranged, intended or designed to be used for one of the following uses as the principal use of a building without the issuance of a special permit by the board of zoning adjustment.
(a)

Commercial recreation.

(b)

Financial institution.

(c)

Fuel/food/service station.

(d)

Restaurant.
