§ 3374.06. Performance standards.

Where applicable, any use established or building erected, which is arranged, intended or designed to be used for a use permitted in the UCRPD shall comply with the performance standards contained in C.C. 3311.15 through 3311.28, inclusive, and 3365.27 through 3365.35, inclusive.
