§ 3501.06. Renewal plan.

"Renewal plan" shall mean a plan for acquisition, clearance, redevelopment and future use, sale and disposal for redevelopment of all or any part of slum or blighted area, or plans for the rehabilitation or conservation of a deteriorating area or plans for a combination of slum clearance and redevelopment and rehabilitation and conservation.
