§ 321.01. Term "banks" defined.

Except where specific provision is made relating to building and loan or savings associations or companies, the word "bank" as used in this chapter shall be held to include all banks and buildings and loan or savings associations or companies situated in the county and duly organized under the laws of the state or of the United States and authorized to do business in the state.
