§ 4105.03. Right of entry.

Upon presentation of proper credentials, the building official or his duly authorized representative may enter at reasonable times any building, structure or premises in the city to perform any duty imposed on him by this Building Code. No person shall in any way obstruct, hinder, delay or otherwise interfere with the building official or his duly authorized representative in such an entrance.
