§ 4113.07. Permits—Transfer.

Any permit may be transferred once from one address to another prior to the start of any work, or from one contractor to another at the same site providing the fee for the work does not exceed the original fee:

(A)

Upon proper application and payment of the transfer fee prescribed in the fee schedule;

(B)

And further provided that a transfer may occur no later than 270 days following the original date of issue.

Exceptions: (1) A transfer may be granted where an electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, steam and hot water, and heating, ventilation or air conditioning contractor files for bankruptcy.

(2)

A transfer may be made at any time to correct an addressing error.
